North American Patch for PES 2013

After the great success of my Major League Soccer patch for PES 2012, a bigger patch is coming for PES 2013. The PES 2013 North American Patch will feature new leagues and cups, and obviously teams. MLS 2012 patch RELEASED!

Yes! After a looooooong wait, finally the patch is released! The MLS 2012 patch for PES will also include the NASL teams. Due to the fact that in PES 2012 the MLS have only 18 teams, the Montréal Impact was moved to the NASL (but if you want you can move it anytime in the game).
