North American Patch for PES 2013

After the great success of my Major League Soccer patch for PES 2012, a bigger patch is coming for PES 2013. The PES 2013 North American Patch will feature new leagues and cups, and obviously teams. These are the main news: Major League Soccer with 20 teams, including Orlando City North American Soccer League will include two new teams, New York Cosmos & San Antonio Scorpions Full Liga MX with Copa MX that will replace the Brazilian league CONCACAF...
